We provide a comprehensive service, from our initial FREE consultation to delivery on your wedding day. We can discuss flower arrangements with our clients with convenience in mind - either over the phone, through video, or in person at our shop.

Starting the planning and budgeting process can be overwhelming, especially if you are new to buying flowers and have no idea what they may cost.

At Bloomin' Wild Florist, we love all weddings! Whether flowers are your number one priority, you just want something simple to carry down the aisle, or you're somewhere in between - we want to work with you to create something that is exactly as you dreamed, and to suit your personal needs.

All prices are dependent on factors such as season, style, and flowers used. We always recommend meeting for a free, no-obligation wedding consultation to get a more accurate idea of price.

Planning

Everyone is different in their knowledge of flowers, budget, or what they are looking for, and we meet with couples at all different stages of their wedding planning. Whether you are a walking floral encyclopedia or you don't know your roses from your tulips, we are happy and excited to talk you through every potential bloom and leaf until we both have a clear picture of what you want.

The Consultation

During our initial meeting, we will get to know you and your event. We will get an idea for your overall color scheme, theme, and style. We will use this time to find out what flowers you love (and ones you'd prefer to steer clear of)! We will also get an idea of the number of arrangements you will need, like the number of tables or bridesmaids, as well as any other venue or ceremony flowers you may be interested in.

The Proposal

After the consultation, we will give you a proposal based on all the ideas discussed similar to the sample above. We hope that after receiving this proposal and meeting with us, that you will see us as the right fit to design your wedding flowers.

The Retainer

Once you have decided you would like to use our services, we require a non-refundable deposit on all our weddings in order to secure the date. In order to give each couple the dedicated attention they deserve, we can only accept a limited number of weddings per week. So we recommend that you confirm your date with us as soon as possible.

The Contract

Paying the deposit does not mean that anything we have discussed is "set in stone." Only that the quote price cannot be reduced by more than the deposit amount. We can still make alterations in terms of color, design, and amount of arrangements up until one month prior to the wedding date (which is also when the full balance would be due).

Wedding Day

On the day of the wedding, we will have pre-arranged with you what items need to be delivered where and for what time. So you can relax and enjoy your morning confident that everything will be set up to perfection when you arrive!

FAQ
What should we have before our consultation?
I highly recommend looking at Pinterest! Before our first consultation, you should have:
  • Your venue booked.
  • Color scheme chosen.
  • An idea of the pieces you're interested in.
  • Budget estimate.
How far in advance do we need to book you/reserve our date?
The sooner the better, but definitely have your venue and color scheme chosen ahead of the consultation. We can accommodate most wedding requests with at least two weeks notice. Less than two weeks will require flexibility on your part with flower choices.
Do you offer packages?
We believe that every couple is unique, so we offer completely customized proposals. However, we have developed some package options for couples that want florals but feel overwhelmed with the choices in front of them. Please see the Wedding Guidebook above for more information on our Packages.
Do you have a minimum?
We currently do not have a "minimum" for weddings. We aim to fit your budget and vision together seamlessly. If you have a lower budget, we just ask that you be more flexible with your sizes and flower choices. Please see the Wedding Guidebook above for more pricing information. When are rentals due back?
Rentals are due back the Monday after the wedding/event unless otherwise discussed. We can pick up rental items at the end of the event, the following day, or you can have the items returned to us. If we are returning, and additional fee may be assessed. The rental cost of structures already include a breakdown fee.
Is the quote itemized?
Yes! Our proposals list out each item quantity, description, and price. It is subtotaled, shows the taxes, lists the delivery/set-up fees, minus any deposits, and grand totals at the bottom.
